Transforming Military Experience into Professional Security Excellence
Providing world-class security training for retired Indian Army personnel, preparing them for successful careers in the private security sector across Northeast India.

About SSTA
Built on Army Discipline, Shaped for Civilian Excellence
Sainik Surakhsa Training Academy was founded with a single, unwavering purpose — to bridge the gap between military service and civilian professional life for retired Indian Army personnel.
Our training programs are designed and delivered by retired Junior Commissioned Officers and Commissioned Army Officers who bring decades of real-world experience to every session. We don’t just train — we transform raw military talent into polished security professionals ready for the demands of Northeast India’s growing private security sector.
Every graduate leaves with the skills, certifications, and professional conduct standards required by India’s leading security organisations — backed by the character built through years of service to the nation.
Why SSTA
What Sets Us Apart
We combine the precision of military training with the practical demands of the private security industry — a combination no one else in the region offers.

Retired Army Instructors

“After 18 years in the Army, I wasn't sure how to translate my experience into a civilian career. SSTA didn't just train me — they helped me understand how my military background was actually an asset. Within six weeks of completing the programme, I had a supervisory role at a reputable firm.”
